Delivery Options Overview
SOL PHONE HOUSE provides flexible delivery options within Madrid. You can pick up your order in-store or request local delivery to your home or office. Orders are usually processed the same day and delivered within 24–48 hours depending on your location.
1. Place your order and choose your preferred delivery or pickup option.
2. You’ll receive an order confirmation by WhatsApp or email.
3. Wait for your order — we’ll notify you once it’s ready for pickup or out for delivery.
4. Collect your order in-store or receive it at your doorstep.

Exchange or Return Policy
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase if the product is in its original condition and packaging. Returns can be made directly at our store in Madrid.
Refunds are processed within 48–72 business hours after the returned product is verified.
Products are not eligible for return if:
- They are physically damaged or show signs of misuse.
- Accessories, boxes, or receipts are missing.
- The item was sold under a clearance or final sale offer.
Locker Booking Cancellation
Cancellation made 24 hours before scheduled time — Free.
Cancellation within 24 hours — 50% charge applies.
Refunds processed within 48–72 business hours.
